Just faced two virus issues and found them very interesting. Most of the anti-viruses were not able to remove them completely. I found these viruses inside my pen-drive.
First one is very common. Sometimes we tries to open the pen drive, it shows us different options to open it or says that the drive is not accessible. If we scan the pen drive with anti-virus, they mostly report it as uninfected. As far as I have learned these virus gets activated whenever we open the pen drive through ‘auto-play’. So first of all avoid using auto-play option. Now, open your pendrive through explorer, then got to tools -> folder option. Go to view tab and uncheck the ‘Hide protected operating system files. After this you will find a System.inf/Startup.inf (or some autorun file). Remove this file. Then eject your pen drive and insert it again. You would be now able to open the pen drive though double click or enter. :)
The second virus I dealt was creating an exe with a directory picture inside the parent directory. Since the exe was just as a directory in picture I clicked it many times which did nothing but executed that exe and made my computer slow. After unchecking the same check box as mentioned above I found new directories like System and New Folder. System folder contained a Driver.exe. I delete both these directories and found the problem solved.

Calculation of Inflation in India
In India, inflation is measured as change in the Wholesale Price Index (WPI).
WPI is the index that is used to measure the change in the average price level of goods traded in wholesale market. In India, a total of 435 commodities data on price level is tracked through WPI which is an indicator of movement in prices of commodities in all trade and transactions.
WPI was first published in 1902, and was one of the more economic indicators available to policy makers until it was replaced by most developed countries by the Consumer Price Index in the 1970s. It is also the price index which is available on a weekly basis with the shortest possible time lag only two weeks.
To provide the current price data for the construction of the index, a monthly survey of wholesale prices is conducted. The WPI is disaggregated into five commodity groups: Agriculture, Manufacturing, Mining and Quarrying, Imports and Exports, where each sector consists of sub commodity groups.
